Different ideas for BBQ

Please does anyone have any different ideas for barbeque. I am new to it . Wondered if I could cook a roast, or Sunday breakfast. Also ideas other than salad to go with the steaks, cutlets sausages, burgers chicken etc. Something relatively easy would be great, as I always find all the carting about of food ,hard work!

WOW! What a great lot you are. Wonderful ideas, so I will slowly try them all. Thank you very much indeed.

take one ripe banana per person, slit lengthwise and sandwich back together with some chocolate buttons or thin pieces of the chocolate of your choice. Wrap in foil and bung on the barby while you eat your firsts. Unwrap and serve with all or any of cream, ice cream, a drizzle of tia maria or other liqueur, a drizzle of maple syrup.
