20000+ drunk ticketless scousers force their way into a football match and cause death, I'd say he's absolutely correct. Why are the Hillsborough sympathisers so unable to accept the basic truth? Yes Plod made errors but it wouldn't have been an issue if not for all those ticketless hooligans.

Why are you insisting that we believe the Scousers were blameless ?
We simply don't agree that they were *hooligans* in the same vein as those at Heysel.........
And, yes, I am not so obtuse as to not understand what it is you actually mean, but you are refusing to admit that the examples JH gave were unalike and therefore fail to support his argument. This is where you have undermined your own.
Refusing to be a sheep does not give you the moral high-ground, here.

I will not get into semantics or figures etc here except to say that any News broadcast on such a day is often rushed and inaccurate.
I had family at Burnden, thankfully they survived or I would not be here to type this. Also My young nephew was at Hillsborough and I still have the copy of the front page of the newspaper a day or two after and the sight of his terrified face as the air was being sucked out of him, sends shivers up my spine. Again as a family we were spared once more.
I can see no point in bringing this up with all its haunting memories other than the fact is has been reported again in the media.
Let us just hope that some lessons have been learned.

The vast majority of them are great as it is with the vast majority of all football fans. There are nutters in all walks of life. And in all fairness to the football nutters they usually ring each other up to arrange a place to fight out of the way of the ordinary fans.
I don't know what subject you excel in but it isn't football facts or knowledge.
Stick to what you are good at in future, That way you might not come across as arrogant , ignorant and stupid.

So there weren't 20000, they didn't force their way in, and the inquiry ruled they didn't cause the deaths; and yet you claim that this is somehow 'absolutely correct'? You seem reluctant to admit that 'absolutely wrong' might be closer to the mark.

It is a clear point of the Taylor report that stated that the people at the back of the pens didn't (and couldn't) realise that they were causing, contributing to the death of those at the front.
