Was wondering .I go to post to post a parcel to America lady beind counter says that wil be ten pounds .Ok I pay ten pounds to Royal Mail .My question is if and when parcel arrives in New York who payes te US Mail to deliver it 300 hundred or so miles away .Is a percentage of what I was charged forwarded to US Mail .
