Does anyone have an idea for a dessert for a Spanish evening? I have already done Flan (creme caramel) and Crema Catalana and thought I would do something different.

Thanks

A lot of restaurants serve fresh pineapple after a meal here. You could try Leche Frita (google for recipes).
Flao is delicious, its like a cheesecake with mint but not cheesy!
and slices of hard cheese with honey drizzled over it is delightful and much much nicer than it sounds.
When I'm in Spain, we quite often skip dessert and go for a coffee and an ice cream.

Thanks guys! I will try a couple of these then people have a choice. In Spain I like the peaches poached in white wine and saffron, but they are not in season yet!

Just remembered churros! I went to the Costa Brava in the 1960's with the school and we had churros every morning from the little kiosk on Blanes beach.
