I'd do chorizo, tortilla and manchego cheese in some form or another.Maybe some little stuffed peppers (from jars to make it easier) I'm not sure about a dessert. Will get back to you later.
Can you get a copy of the latest Morrisons magazine? It had a lot of tapas recipes in it including desserts.....my copy is here somewhere....

Didn't know Morisson's did a mag .... will look for one tomorrow x
whenever we have a tapas night i usually do patas bravas, chorizo in cider, fried cheese with red onion marmalade, clamari, finely sliced manchego with membrillo, spinach with pine nuts and flame raisins & tomato & garlic bread. A typical spanish dessert would be flan, basically an creme caramel. Of course it all has to be washed down with Sangria.
Grate some orange rind into egg custard. Bake in the oven. You can add caramel on the top if you want.
Spanish Tortilla
Paella with no seafood
Ablondigas (spanish meatballs)
Chicken in white wine sauce
Empanadas (little pastries filled with either meat or veg and fried)
Spiced almonds(as a pre-dinner nibble!)
Plate of Iberian Ham

Dessert could be Churros with Chocolate sauce or a flan as someone had mentioned before. Enjoy!

Thanks everyone! x
One of the nicest deserts we have here in Ibiza is slices of Manchego cheese (but any nice tasting cheese will do) drizzled with honey, delicious!
