Domestic Goddess Rides Again...

Well, went to Mercadona and Carrefour without my shopping list.... again !

Hmmm, I thought, wheeling the trolley up and down the aisles... well, since this is a full shop, I need pretty much everything.

Well, I'm home now with 4 sachets of Saffron power, a little tub of fresh coriander, some yakult type drinks, a bottle of Tanqueray and some tonic water, 2 fresh limes, a bag of salted peanuts, and some ground ginger. I got a free Tanqueray glass with the bottle... but then I am a savvy shopper....

Any budding Ready, Steady, Cookers out there willing to make that little lot into a mouthwatering recipe?
