It sounds like heel spurs. My boss has the same kind of pain and that's what her Dr. told her. Do you stand for most of the day? Have you been to a Dr. yet?

No and No. I will google heel spurs, however it is more of an ache than a pain and once I start walking a bit it goes off.

Could be heel spurs, but gets better with the walking. Any other ideas ?
Hi i have been diagnosed as having achilles tendonitis in both heels. The way you are describing the pain you are having is very similar to mine. When i sit down and rest after standing or walking, my heels start to ache and when i get up they feel stiff. Also my knees are clicking and i cannot put any pressure on them because of the pain.
