I'm hoping to make some fresh pasta tonight but i only have plain/selfraising flour. Is it neccessary to use pasta/00 flour or can i get away with what I have?

Also does anyone have any yummy potential fillings for ravioli?

You can use plain flour it will be ok

poodicat I have pretty much all the staples, I'm not looking for anything too exotic plain but tasty suits me :)
