How did JC and his female assistant get out of the cellar after the trapdoor had been covered by milions of tons of logs?

Hi squad, for once I can answer a post by you. A policeman whom was outside heard their cries for help.

I think it was when the police were interviewing everyone and the woman did a runner, the police chased after her and heared shouting from the cellar, but they didn't actually show them getting rescued, but how i've said, is probably the only way they could have been rescued.

But the whole thing seems a bit far-fetched.

Was disappointed with the whole episode, glad I watched Frost and recorded JC, thought it was to far fetched by half

Thought the episode was pathetic - totally contrived to get a poor story to work. It didn't!
