Although it's a crossword I'm trying to solve I think my question might be best put here. Does anyone know of an Irish Saint, commemorated in a village in Co. Galway. I have four letters, which may or may not be wrong -R-N

Thanks, it's all I can think of too!
Erin wasn't a Christian saint, but Bran (from Galway) was, as was Bron.

But I thinnk you're looking for St. Oran, and the place is Oranmore
