I am just listening to Beethovens 9th the choral symphony wonderful whats your favourite piece of classical music ?

Rachmaninov's No.2 piano concerto. I also like Beethoven's glorious 9th, along with a bit by Paganini (can't remember what it's called tho)

I love piano music had five different tutors eventually gave in and sold the piano rachmaninov versus chopin the choice has to be rachmaninov the rhapsody on a theme of Paganini is joyous

All time favourite is Brahms Piano Trio #1 in B major.......followed by Smetena's The Moldau....and anything by Chopin for piano......and Paganini for violin

or. me'n'doc deffo listening to meat loaf. Fave stuff for me. Have seen him live several times (including an outdoor concert in teeming rain where we all sat in binliners) - out of the frying pan....
