What additional qualification do I need to be able to teach under 16's. i currently teach in a 6th form college and would like to teach younger people.

Knowing when to capitalise the letter I would also be useful.

Both the above, but you'll need a PGCE relevant to the age group and a degree with a high content of the subject you intend to teach.

Oh yes, and you'll also need GCSEs, grade A-C, in Maths, English and a Science subject, whatever your degree/A level/access course subject.
