there is said to be a guy in Brazil who does surgery with his bare hands. I know of a woman who went there and has had amazing results...I'm sure you can find stuff about him on the net. However Brazil is a little far. I know a woman in London who can help. If you are really serous about this - contaqct me on [email protected] I will ask her permission for an introduction
Small cysts only need monitoring, but large cysts can twist and cause internal bleeding and extreme pain, so it's safer if they are removed. (Have you had the cysts checked to see if they are malignant? It's rare but possible.) For complementary help, Dian Mills is a nutritional consultant who specialises in treating women with endometriosis, which has similar hormonal causes to ovarian cysts. She says that diet and lifestyle changes can help minimise the side effects of treatment and will tackle the condition itself. For example, she quotes US research which show how B vitamins, which play an important role in how the liver breaks down oestrogen, can help reduce the formation of cysts. She suggests the first dietary step should be to cut out dairy foods and chocolate. She also advises avoiding wheat and taking a digestive enzyme and a probiotic supplemen as well as a good multivitamin supplement. You can contact Dian Mills on www.endometriosis.co.uk.
Yes, There is.... There are a few natural remedies out there for ovarian cysts. The first is to change your diet. You see, cysts find it hard to flourish in an alkaline environment. If you change your diet to create this sort of environment in your body, the cysts will naturally begin to shrink. To achieve this, you need to eat plant based foods and avoid processed foods. You also want to avoid dairy and meats.

As you stop eating processed foods, your liver will begin working on detoxifying the body. To help it, you will want to drink at least 8-12 glasses of filtered water a day. Herbal teas can also help. Some people have said that taking a spoonful of apple cider vinegar also helps with the detox.
