As well as being what is it for, is there an idiot's guide (for me) as to how to use it, for whenever I've opened up a my space my screen seems full of incomprehensible terminology and lines of alphanumeric characters...and I aint a clue how or where to start...so go easy with me, but what the heck do I do? Ta Muchly.
