Annoying WARNING messages.

Lately I've been seeing far too many annoying warning notices/messages. For example I have on my desk a cigarette lighter that says "Ignite lighter away from face & clothing. Contains flammable gas under pressure" on the side. Now come on.... these messages are just plain stupid.

Can anyone else think of stupid warning messages on products....

Next thing they will be putting on shoes "Do not eat"....

I can't remember what it was but I bought something a while back which said "after use, dispose of thoughtfully". Yeah - right - I just think I'll put it HERE.. or HERE..

I will never forget the time I saw Jeremy Kyle getting threatened by this women. He told her to sit down and she turn around to him and said "I aint sittin' down, I sit down when I wanna sit down, got it?!". So Jeremy threatened her with his security bloke and she just looked at him and said "I will put you down too, I'll fight the lot of ya, yeah". It was so funny....

I only watch Jeremy Kyle because it make me realsie how intelligent I (and my wife and family) are,AND how normal(if there is such a thing) we are.
Besides which (much like Jerry Springer) just when you think your jaw can't drop any lower someone comes on and makes it do just that.

If I don't write it down, I forget who I am sometimes and certainly what I've gone downstairs for, or what the word for ".." really is - perhaps I should have an annoying warning notice of my own....

I think we are ALL born with our own annoying instructions,it's just as we get older that they become apparent! LOL

Mr V - you're right, the bulk of the people who are on that type of daytime TV are a strange breed. They don't think out in advance the repercussions of saying what they plan to say on the programme. As you say it is jaw-dropping TV.

And some of the women are downright scary. Even my moggies would avoid a cat fight with them. The kids don't stand a chance.

The oddest of things is that nobody I know knows people like this(or admits to it),and we don't see them in the town,so where do they live?
Caves?
or maybe they are like "the borrowers",and live under the floor etc.
