We weren't sure if we should tell my Nan...who has dementia. Turns out we didn't have to tell her. She already new. She said to the nursing staff....I use to be a twin, but I'm not anymore. They didn't confirm it and she said the same to my Mum the next day.

So twins do have a sixth sense.

He died of a ruptured main artery btw....

That's very spooky, Ummmm. My mum and her twin once had identical accidents the same day, both burning their hands taking something out of the microwave.

It's probably a blessing that you don't have to tell her. xxx

I know. At least it lessons the impact just confirming what she already thought. She had a heart operation a few months back....maybe he should have followed her lead and got his checked.
Aww thats wonderful in a way, as now you don`t have to agonise over whether to tell her. Twins do indeed have a strong bond.

Take care

I can totally understand, I saw my nan die in a dream, I woke with a jolt at 5am on the monday, I knew she had gone and for some reason I had a feeling of exhillaration. a few days later my mom phoned me and broke the news that my nan had died, I was on AB at the time, I said to my mom, when did she die? she replied early on monday morning, as she said it I felt a tingly feeling and on recent posts "nora's quiz" flashed up. (nora was her name)

Bless!! xx
I am so pleased that the problem of telling her or not was solved. I posted that my mother had Altzheimers and that we always told her news good or bad. . She used to be matron at a Old persons' home and was once asked by a resident for help to fill in a form " as I am an orphan " Lady in question was in her 80's. Bless.
