my 15 year old daughters b/f was visiting her today he is also 15 ,i don't really trust him but have a problem he has went for his train and it has been cancelled ,i have checked this myself ,but should i let him stay here i told them hours ago when the trains were ,i really don't know what to do i don't want a 15 year old boy walking the streets in this cold but i will be awake all night worrying either way please help very urgent

If the boyfriend were 18 or over, then it would be statutory rape. However, when both parties are under the age of consent, then it becomes a bit of a grey area. Under the exact letter of the law, the elder of the two would be technically guilty, but this is almost never prosecuted:

Whoa, getting a bit out of hand here. Cherry, there is no way you could put someone out in this weather but as the sensible people say, let your daughter sleep with you and him in her room. No problem.

that is him back he has appologised since he came in i have phoned his dad and let him know he was staying with me tonight ,i just wasnt sure if i could i can be thick when i cant think straight thought of everything but my daughter sleeping in my bed but they have been told what is happening at the moment they are clearing out spare room for him to sleep in full of christmas toys thank you again everyone i do really appreciate everyones answers xx

Thank you everyone for last night,that's him away home now ,he was still apologising at 3 this morning and then again this morning before he left he thanked me which was nice to hear,but has been warned he goes for the earlier trains from now on especially in this weather where anything could happen ,just really glad he never got to glasgow and then trains cancelled
