Hi hun, don't know if you are still about, but I wanted to ask you a quick question. Do you know of a good Spanish Zovirax type cream? I can feel a cold-sore coming on.

In the mean time wrap an ice cube in a bit of cloth and hold agianst "tingle." Sometimes that's enough to stop it nesting.

I haven't got any ice. We usually buy them in bags here. Would white wine vinegar be any good?
NM, the active ingredient is aciclovir. can you maybe ask for that?
Not heard that one. have you got any icelollies at all ? If not can you buy one ? I used an icepop one day ( didn't unwrap it)

I don't know what they call that in Spain, Sara, or if indeed they use that at all here.

ok they are just as good. Wrap a small handful in tissue or cloth and hold onto lip. When they defrost start again with new ones. keep doing for hours. Hopes this helps. Works for us. Good luck. :o)
