Anybody flown with this Irish airline? I did once and we landed quite near the airport. Which is your favourite airline, and why?

Don't have one but I'd avoid Ryanair at all costs.....
Most of the airlines I've flown with have landed AT the airport.................it makes the journey a lot easier............
Ryanair are a shower of sh!t. Despite bad press, I've never had a bad or even delayed flight with Easyjet. For merely commuting, I like Monarch. But the best airlines I have ever flown with are British Airways (Heathrow to Providenciales via Nassau) and Air Canada (Heathrow to Toronto). Fabulous service.
Aer Lingus is good. They usually land at the airport, so maybe you had a bad experience there. Did you have far to walk?
i like my airlines aeroplane to land on the runway at the airport
1. Swiss

2. TAP Air Portugal

3. Emirates

4. EasyJet

5. Virgin
JJ. I thought cunnilingus would be on your list LOL
You landed "quite" near the airport??? That was handy.
JJ - I went on TAP Air Portugal once. That was back in the days when a food plate was standard on every flight. I had a stale bread roll, a slice of cheese soaked in olive oil and a salad that looked like it had been boxed a month earlier. Disgusting.
You have to live near Bournemouth as they only fly from there but you can't beat Palmair.
I havent been a regular flier for some years now but when I was my favourite long haul flight ever was London- Los Angeles return on British Caledondian.Bright happy wild tartan livery and the female flight attendants wore kilted uniform.....very attractive
American Airlines were good and so was Laker
Pan Am and TWA were truly awful, bland and dull
i flew with Aer Lingus to Boston a couple of years ago and loved it....very comfortable and really nice air crew...love the soft irish accent lol
hummingbird ...

After usually flying to Faro with EasyJet, I went once and could only go with TAP.

I checked in my bags about 3 hours ahead of the flight, with no queue.

Nobody whinged about my luggage.

I had a seat with lots of room.

Nice drinks (maybe I didn't eat, because I'd had so long at the airport, I'd had a meal there).

It liked it.
