The line comes from "Rhyme of the Ancient Mariner" by Samuel Tayler Coleridge. It should read "Water, water everywhere, nor any drop to drink".

the rhyme of the ancient marener was writen in watchet or porlock both very close to where i live it was writen when the three poets came to stay in the surronding area.
