After having slightly over indulged during the festive season I am refusing to get on the scales (mine talk to me and we end up rowing) I have decided to shed a few pounds next year.
Read an article this morning about this woman who swore she lost weight through hypnosis......I thought that'll do me. Then I read the bloody hypnotist charged £110.00 per hour.......I'd lose weight 'cos I wouldn't have any money for food!!!
Are you going to slim and if so by what method (yes nokno I know you eat less).......Weightwatchers, Atkins, or what would you recommend?

A friend of mine got hypnotised and lost loads of weight. She seems to have kept it off as well. Not sure how many sessions she had. The way he done it was she had to pick a food that she hated. When eating, as soon as she was full everything started to taste of sausages....

hi cazzz.............I find it very difficult to lose weight due to mobility problems, so even if I cut down I've still got to figure a way out to burn off the calories I do eat......and I'm not in the mood for swimming at the mo.....

vibra the builder is coming round when the weather picks up a bit.........he's landscaping the garden :-)
Atkins is great for weightloss but bad for the skin. You don't really have to go on any strict diet, just cut out the bad carbs (bread, chocolates, biscuits and cakes) and never mix carbs and proteins at the same time.

you have to look at your options, if swimming is all you have then I would go for that, after a few sessions you should feel much better in yourself

well I try and go on the treadmill every day for a couple of miles........this has to be done in about 3 goes as my back collapses. I'm a total wreck really as I have severe arthritis in my left knee, due to an old sports injury, and back problems due to my pelvis being out of line......
If I were you I would work on eating healthy food and not worrying about weightloss, I would be planning to do swimming a few times a week and eating good healthy vitamin enriched food. it should improve your mood and make you feel better about yourself
ahhhh sod it just eat loads of eclairs and morph into the sofa
