Err no ... overcharged as usual then saw their error
Why are you amazed Billy.................I worked in BT's billing department many years ago......if a mistake was made you apologised and put it right.......

I've had problems with nearly every bill for the last 6 months, yes they say sorry but it's meaningless. Good job there free to call
