why is that a majority of people never rinse off the foam after washing up??

you dont come out of the shower with foam on your body or shampoo in your hair.....do u?

maybe you like soapy flavour drink/food?

I always wash out the foam and dry up the water round the sink until there is not one drop left. call me a perfectionist, but it annoys me too when people dont get rid of the bubbles.

arghh thanks benny, i thought it was just me!! my housemate were doing the washing up the other day... and my mug and plates were full of foam, i had to rinse it before using it! i keep telling him that i'll do my own washing but he just wash em anyway! lol

Call me hypochondriac, but I always rinse after washing up as most washing-up liquids are just loaded with carcinogens.
crikey canary, which ones? and what is carcenogenic about washing up liquid????

hey dot, all my mates never rinses off the foam!! and when i go to other ppl houses same!!
I rinse all plates, pots, cups etc. It's like putting clothes in a washing machine and not doing the rinse cycle.

You've only got to read the constituents on the washing up bottle to realise the chemical concoction it contains .Always rinse.
My first response (A4) was perhaps irresponsible - please ignore it and accept my apologies for raising unnecessary alarmism.
i have to get rid of the bubbles....if they wont dissapear down the sink quick, i spray furniture polish on them
