bl00dy van reversed and knocked me off my moped, leg trapped, knee grazed. ripped jeans, buggered bike.... NO COLLEGE!!!

Would you think it was unusual not to have 'reception' drinks at a wedding?

stokemaveric - I'm not sure Whiplash would actually be a valid injury though in the circumstances above anyway... he wasnt hit from behind...
He was on a moped and a van reversed into his leg....

I wouldnt imagine whiplash is an injury common to bikers anyway.. since surely its caused by the head being forced forward and flung back at speed.. into the head rest of the car seat....

Anyhow - Insurance companies will not pay out unless they absolutely have to - so a medical report would be needed
