I haven't got one because the garden at the moment is still full of rubbish from doing the house up.
He did have a rusty one out there when I moved in.
No weeal. I dry the stuff on the banister and I hang things up on the curtain pole in the bedroom in front of open windows. Actually dries really quickly and the bedroom always smells nice.
I use the dryer for smaller stuff.

I don't have a clothes horse, had two but gave them away. I now have a plastic copy of an outside dryer, that when folded down looks like a mobile phone aerial ! It has 3 fold up sets of arms, one with holes and pegs, and the others just hang things on. I can get a whole wash on it, leave it by an open window and it dries the washing in no time.
I bought it in self defence as it's almost impossible to get to use the communal lines.
Friends who have wanted one have been dissapointed as they seem to have disappeared from sale.
