I've been searching everywhere on google for the lyrics to this song, but I haven't found any response;

I don't know many of the lyrics, but from what I can remember it includes a chorus of "Here they go, the beautiful world (?), the pitiful world" with a repeated chorus of "Aye aye aye-aye aye aye-aye"

I'm sure it's a pop song of the 90s, any help will be appreciated, thanks
