Does anyone know where I can buy some, or alternatively can supply a lovely recipe? Local supermarkets don't stock any and this seems like a terrible gap in the market!

Kahlua, the coffee based liqueur, is fantastic and does a fine job as a sauce for ice-cream. Alcoholic too. so too benefits in one!

That sound good, very easy and I'll try it. Looking for something a bit creamy.
Over a low heat, dissolve a couple of teaspoons instant coffee (more/less depending on how strong you want the sauce to be) into some single cream. I would also add Tia Maria/Kahlua but the sauce is fine as it is. Goes really well with chocolate puddings as well.
