It's cr@p here, Leg. I got caught in a downpour today, with no brolley. Typical!!!

I've been feeling sleepy too for the last two days, but I put that down to caffeine withdrawl.

hI NO MERCY if you set yourself something to give up cigs for that might help. When my first grandson was born after a life time of smoking I just said one day That's it I want to see my grandchildren grow up .I had smoked 20 a day and more when I used to do night duty.I don't know to this day how I did it as I had tried lots of times to give up and the more I tried the more I smoked.But it has been nearly 12 years now and another grandson now 6 that I might have more years to see him grow up. Anyway good luck.
