how to back up my itunes library

how do i back up my entire itunes library to disc? when i load in a blank dvd i get a message saying create a playlist and then choose that to back up to disc but i want to back up everything.

errr... create a playlist that includes everything?

Or go to your music folder where all the .mp3/music files are and 'drag and drop' the whole lot...
