Can I use my English senior bus pass in Wales?

I'm not sure - I know you can't use them in Scotland....... Not much help to you though if your going to Wales. :-)))

Fairly sure you cannot.
Our Welsh ones we can use to get into England,
ie routes starting in Wales and ending up in England, like Wrexham into Chester.

I was lead to beleive in the whole of the u.k. if in doubt call the number on the reverse.
