I can't get to The Sun's website from work (banned by our firewall), however, I saw the story in the paper this morning.

If I recall correctly these are the salient facts:

1. She is 16
2. She was drunk
3. She 'only' wanted three stars tattooed around her eye.

This is my thinking...any combination of those three facts is wrong, wrong, wrong.
