what sort of care does he need?
Carers Allowance is only payable for looking after one person. I get it for looking after my husband, and although my daughter gets higher rate care DLA i cannot claim it for her nor could i claim it when i was looking after my terminally ill mother. So i was caring for 3 people all with severe medical problems and was only paid for looking after one. Something not right there methinks, especially when these MPs are claiming for several houses etc.
