Don't think I've heard of Fresubin, what is it?

I like pilchards in tomato sauce Darren. And they are good for omega oils.

Well I've just finished making my veggie juice and I've put plenty of Lee & Perrins in to make it taste a bit better. It doesn't taste bad actually. I've had an avocado as well.
