Morning hun...it is AWFULLY quiet here today ...!
Well done you-sounds as if you are having a great time.
Me-I always think I might be bored when retired....but maybe you are proving that is not always the case.

Morning pasta, hope you are feeling good today, It is sooo quiet isn't ?
thought I might be invisible once more, this after just being accepted as well,,,lol
retirement is what you make of it love, I have taken to it like a duck to water and am never bored, it can be fun, but then I don't feel I am 62, I enjoy socialising, quizzes, holidays, weekends with a load of people and parties, only one thing tho', if I die, which I will one day,,lol I want to go to my own wake and have fun and listen to the "nice "things folk tend to say at these things and if they don't say nicies,,,,then they shouldn't bl00dy well be there, or just to say to someone "what you doing here, we didn't get on when I was alive,,,so sling yer hook " lmao
Morning Joy

The weather here in Essex is rubbish too - and yesterday !
In fact I have put the heating on this morning. We have been busy all weekend - Mr. Den has been laying laminate flooring in our study - we have been in our bungalow just over 3 years now and its been work work work - only got the garden to finish off now (or I think it cold finish us off !!).

Mr. Den is 60 in August, but he can't retire yet as we still have a big mortgage !

I packed up work 3 years ago due to illness - I miss the money, but hey ho - you can't have everything.

I only went online late last night - still the same old pals act, I was invisible, as usual, only the 'old pals' getting their answers acknowledged.

Have a good day

Den xx

Never mind the old pals act, who bl00dy cares, if we play our cards right, we could have a very select gathering, with me being the Prezzie and you, the vice prezzie,,lol
No.
When at work, one left the house at 7.30, interesting and busy day, got home at 7.30, Mrs sqad would run my bath and pour my whiskey. Dinner followed and we had a lot to talk about before settling down for the evening.

No, I am with her all day and bu99er all to talk about at night.

Tips: separate room for a study for the man, separate interests and seperate holidays.

Joy.....how long have you been retired? LOL LOL
