When i sign in and try and have a conversation the conversation window won't open, I can see it on the tool bar below but when i click on it nothing happen.  When someone has a conversation with me it appears on toolbar flashes but I still can't open it.  When my sister signs on in her name its fine?

Hello ! Have you tried right - clicking on the minimalized window then chosing Restore , or Maximise ? This works for me, when the windows become inactive for some reason.
