I could tell you MY answer - but it wouldn't be YOUR answer.  Are you looking for advice or just collecting answers out of interest?  Advicewise:  tell them about your qualities (and where you have displayed them) that are RELEVANT to the job/company you're applying to.  Teamplayer is often a vital one.

Just baffle them with your bull**** tell them what they want to hear. Reliability, how effective you are under pressure and tolerant, tell them how your customer service qualities are good etc
