worried absolutely sick about something, how do you deal with it ?

Any advice really , really welcome .

Have a problem , can't discuss at the moment , so any advice would be helpful.

Hello brenda, You're bound to feel very upset and shocked about your son and his partner, but they've probably had underlying problems within their relationship for a while. It's hardly likely that they'd want to discuss this with you, if the. reasons are very personal. It could just be temporary, but rather than trying to find out what's got wrong, I'd let your son explain in his own time. I find that taking a walk clears the head and puts things into perspective. I'm sure that you're a very good mum, to be letting all this upset you so much, so please try and stay calm, and just be there to listen, when the time comes. x
thank your lucky stars its not you having to go through the breakup (even though, as a mum, you feel that pain)... its up to you to be the rock now. good luck xxx
