That's what I'm going to do - my daughter's fetching fish n chips, I have a very nicely chilled bottle of Sauvignon blanc & I'm going to bed for a damn good book.

(I am away sailing tomorrow until Tuesday - stupid bleedin idea in this weather, but I'm hoping it'll settle). I can't pack because I can't wash any clothes because the damn machine's broken down for the 3rd time this year. So - food, wine, bath, wine, book - and sort everything out last minute in the morning. (The washer man's coming to give me a service first thing).
