local honey is the answer to hay fever charisse, since it's made from local pollen it will build up an immunity to hay fever, but it is not an overnight job. like most things in nature it takes time but is worth the effort. a teaspoonful (or more!) a day will do the trick.
Thank you waterboatman, there is a farmshop quite near and I know that they sell honey so I will go get some today. Good morning bigmamma, I suffer a bit because of the cats too (but would never admit that to my hubby!).
hey local honey - never thought of that. I'm not a huge honey fan, but I could easily stand a teaspoon a day if it does the trick. I woke this morning at 5a.m. with my nose streaming & a sneezing fit - I was not amused.
am sitting at my office window watching the swans on the river and there are a pair of ducks wadling accross the pavement in front of the post office - lovely!!! makes a change to the wino's that usually congregate there and the sun's coming out. I love Spring.
Good Morning everyone, I know it is nearly noon, my phone has not stopped all morning, lovely day up here in Newcastle, took a while to burn off but is really nice now
