Is not it annoying when you see a headline in the newspaper .So you decide to read it ..The story goes on first paragraph ,second paragraph even third before they tell you where it is that the incident happened .Just like I m lead to believe on line tipping services they prattle on for a long time be fore the get to the tip .

Couldn't agree more - it does my head in!
They only do it to draw you into reading the article!
I don't bet but I should imagine that you have to pay for their so-called "tipping service", hence the more dosh they get out of you by keeping you hanging on before eventually tipping you some flea-bitten nag which gets stuffed out of sight! Take my tip, mate - don't bother with them - stick a pin in the racing section - you'd have at least the same chance, if not better!!
