My grandmother. She was a very small woman, 4" 8, but she was very strong until alzheimers (sp) set in.

stompe I used to do bodybuilding years ago and remember Donna Hartley (former athlete) turning up for a competition. When she started talking to me I thought it was a bloke!!

yes tamborine - it was written by Greer in the early 70's and I waited for ages for it to be available from the library (was skint in those days) - it was dreadful and I was so disappointed.
Think it would have to be either my mother or my great grandmother. Both whom have showed incredible stoicism in the face of great adversity.

But if it had to be a famous person from history, probably Katherine Swynford.
