Don't mean to be rude but are you taking the time to think this out for yourself or are you just asking us to do your coursework for you?

It's not a complicated question. Ask them! Speak their language! Figure out what communication needs they have - translators, whether they can write or not, can they speak, do they use sign language?

Have a little think for yourself.
