I use to go in the  Milky bar cafe( post office road) in Bournemouth Square.Hence a Square Meal!!

Simple...get 2 slices of bread...the hovis square one...add butter or marg of your choice...choose a nice filling of your choice...slap it on...put it all together and VOILA!!! A square meal!!
