Hi, can anyone tel me a bit more about these ads ie are they genuine? I have applied to a few of these and had responses but all very similar and very vague and just say I need to pay 10 for a training manual before I get started, then its up to me how much I earn. Any info would be appreciated, thanks.

Without seeing an ad it is hard to say but most of these schemes do turn out to be scams. Genuine companies don't usually ask for fees up front.

There are very few genuine 'work from home' jobs around these days.
The bulk of these jobs involve you in finding creative ways to promote the sale of a training manual for 10 - that is the job and that is how the money is created.
There's a common theme to look out for and avoid - money upfront.
