have you thought about how the cow was brutally murdered? all i am saying is eat every bit of it and dont waste any. the cow died for your stomache, scared and in pain. all you can do now is respect its death by eating it
Ignore the moron and try the BBC Good Food website. They have some excellent recipes.
Saut your onion and peppers in a little olive oil, add your beef (cubed) and cubes of the raw potato and when brown add a can of chopped tomatoes, a level tsp each of salt and sugar and another can of water or stock. Trim the okra - one end only - and add to the pot. Bring back to the boil and allow to simmer until everything is cooked. Some fresh herbs would be nice sprinkled over the top or add some dried ones about 10 minutes before serving up.

No consumption - no produce!

Beef cattle are reared for the table/leather/fats/lanolin/phosphates. Nothing is wasted.

Herdsmen pride their herds as farmers do their stock; especially in UK.
Most stewed beef will take at least 2hrs casseroled to soften. Recommend beef to be pre-softened by pressure cooker = 20mins!

Meantime prepare ingredients and add to meat with either a packet of veg soup ortin of peeled tomatoes & casserole for 30mins potatoes to soften and all to blend.

Serve with best hunks of bread.
