Hi All

Can anyone recommend any low gi foods that they feel actually work ie keep you fuller for longer.

For a healthy, filling sandwich try Turkey, hardboiled egg, Watercess and spinich . Use law fat salad dressing instead of butter.

Very healthy, very filling and very nice.

Think I'll make one myself now.
