I have been having a lot of problems with my Explorer crashing, funnily enough it happens more on this site than any. I want to upgrade to I E 7, should I? Im using XP pro OS.

Yes, and while you're about it why not install Firefox, which is the original that MS copied to produce IE7.

I have had a problem recently with IE7, it wouldn't let me reply to a website forum and after referring to somebody who knows much more than I do, I switched to Firefox this morning and everything appears OK.
