Gold fish health problems

I have a gold fish that has a lump, almost looks pregnant and appears to be swimming on its side. I am trying to find out why?

Yes this is a swim bladder problem Ive had this problem whith my fish it tends to affect fish as they get older or are under stress not much hope i'm afraid there is a very slim chance if you can isolate it from other fish or put it in a less stressful area it may recover.

Try blood worm it could work. Also you can buy treatment for bloat

Try feeding it a couple of cooked frozen peas that you've de-shelled.
