Some beaches are labelled for naturists only. Other ones you can stroll along if you must, but nudists will probably be thinking 'poor timid little perve'. Amiable kissing and cuddling probably ok, passionate embraces not. People get much more stroppy about photo taking these days, knowing that a poor timid little perve apparently talking on a mobile is probably taking snaps that will be posted on the internet in half an hour; so you'd be well advised not to try it.
