After inserting Epson compatible cartridges in my Epson DX4450 printer instead of the genuine cartridges I'm getting white lines on my prints. Have tried cleaning the printheads as in the manual but although this has made an improvement I'm still getting white lines every inch or so down the page. Can anyone help me?

You may have to clean two or three times or more depending on the make of the compatibles. If you have more cartridges, try them.

Thank you, Wideboy. I've tried cleaning the printheads at least a dozen times but will keep on trying.
